Our factory located in one of the well-known manufacturer areas of knitted garments in China. Own morden workshop and advanced facilities, including 80 pieces of knitting machines and 30 pieces of linking machines.
With powerful capacity of research and development, as well as experienced working team, we designed the fashionable knitted hats and scarves, most closely meeting the market demand.
Flat Knitting machine
We have 30pcs of computerized Knitting machine. We are able to create complex, intricate patterns quickly and accurately.
Linking machine
We have 25 pcs of Semi-automatic Linking machines. They are used to seam the side edges of the hat together.It ensures the high-quality finish.
Inspection& packaging
Our workers will do careful inspection on each of beanie hat and ensure every extra thread be removed.Then it can be packed in a bag.
